What time can i bring my dog over and pick it up?
Our pick-up times are in the morning from 08:00 to 11:00 and in the afternoon from 01:00 to 06:00.

Does my dog have to be neutered?
If he can behave and does not attack other dogs, he is very welcome.

What if my dog is in heat?
Depending on the occupancy, the dog can also spend her time in the kennel if other dogs do not get along with her.

Can my dog be given medication?
Of course, we can give your dog medication by arrangement.

Can I also bring a puppy over?
We also like to take care of puppies. By arrangement, this can also spend the night in the house.

Are there any cancellation fees?
Please understand that we plan for the long-term and there are few short-term bookings that can absorb a cancellation. Therefore, we will have to charge you a part of the cost if you cancel the stay.
More than 14 days before the stay = no fees
7 – 14 days before the stay = 30%
0 – 7 days before the stay = 50%
