The following General Terms and Conditions apply to the contractual relationship between Boobshotel.com (hereinafter referred to as the „Operator“) and the pet owner; they apply exclusively.

The Operator undertakes to accommodate and care for the animal mentioned in the contract during the agreed period according to the contractual regulations.

The pet owner agrees to pay the applicable price according to the price list on the day of handing over the animal to the Operator for the duration of the stay.

Billing is done on a calendar day basis; each commenced day will be charged as a full day.

The Operator is entitled to demand 100% of the incurred boarding costs in advance. Additional incurred boarding costs are to be paid in cash or online upon pickup.

If the pet owner cannot adhere to the agreed pickup date, they are obliged to inform the Operator at least 24 hours before the agreed pickup and to arrange a new binding pickup date.

The Operator may assert a right of retention over the animal if the pet owner does not or does not fully pay the due boarding amount upon pickup until the outstanding claim is settled. If the animal remains in the Operator’s facility, additional accommodation days must be paid separately by the pet owner according to the applicable price list. If the animal is not picked up 8 days after the end of the boarding contract or a new boarding contract is not concluded, the Operator is entitled to hand over the animal to an animal shelter or otherwise transfer it into the custody of third parties. The incurred costs shall be borne by the pet owner. If the animal is not picked up even after a further deadline set in a written reminder, the Operator is also entitled, as far as possible and sensible, to sell the animal. The proceeds from the sale shall be used to cover the incurred boarding costs plus any expenses incurred by the Operator.

The pet owner assures that at the time of handing over the animal to the Operator, it has received all required vaccinations and presents a complete and current vaccination certificate for the animal. The Operator expressly reserves the right not to accept animals into their facility if the vaccination certificate is not presented or is incomplete.

For dogs, vaccination against kennel cough is also necessary. If a dog contracts kennel cough during its stay at the pet hotel, it will be separated in a single room at the pet owner’s expense.

The pet owner assures that at the time of handing over, the animal is healthy and free from parasites of any kind. Furthermore, it is assured that the animal has not been ill within the last month prior to its stay in the Operator’s facility. Treatment against parasites must be carried out by the pet owner before the stay in the facility. If parasites are detected in an animal during its stay, the Operator is entitled to carry out appropriate treatment. The costs of treatment and necessary follow-up costs (cleaning, disinfection, treatment of other animals) shall be borne by the pet owner. If an animal becomes ill during its stay at the Operator’s establishment, the Operator will consult a veterinarian or veterinary clinic. The incurred costs shall be borne by the pet owner. Treatment by a specifically designated veterinarian cannot be guaranteed by the Operator.

The admission of the animal takes place at the pet owner’s own risk. The pet owner is liable for all property and personal damages (especially damages to other animals) caused by their animal in the boarding facility. The liability of the Operator for damages of any kind is excluded as far as legally permissible and based on typical dangers arising from the animal itself, unless such damages are due to intent or gross negligence or involve injury to life, body, or health. Furthermore, liability is limited to typically foreseeable damages, but no more than €500.00 per liability case. The Operator strongly recommends that the pet owner take out liability insurance.

The Operator does not accept any liability for items brought along.

The Operator is entitled to take animals into individual care for important reasons. An important reason is, for example, the heat of female animals during their stay as well as incompatibility of the animal with other animals. The costs of individual accommodation shall be borne by the pet owner.

The Operator also assumes no liability in case of mating of animals in heat with other boarding animals.

If an animal dies during its stay, becomes so injured or ill that a veterinarian advises euthanasia, the owner will be notified immediately. If the owner cannot be reached, decision-making authority lies with the boarding operator. Smaller animals may be frozen until pickup; larger ones will be cremated at the expense of the pet owner.

If any of the aforementioned provisions are invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

Attention! If you pick up your animal before the agreed date, you are still required to pay the full boarding amount!
